Are you an authorized retailer?

Yes! SIR Collectibles works with authorized distributors to offer genuine trading card game products from the brands we carry. We take pride in providing our customers with authentic products from trusted sources.

Are all of your products authentic?

Absolutely. All sealed products sold by SIR Collectibles are authentic and sourced through trusted and authorized distribution channels. We do not sell counterfeit, reproduction, or resealed products.

Do you sell Pokémon singles?

Yes! We carry a constantly changing selection of Pokémon singles, from affordable cards for completing your collection to highly sought-after collectible cards. Because our singles inventory changes frequently, check back often for new additions.

Do you buy or trade Pokémon and other trading cards?

Yes! S-I-R Collectibles buys and trades select trading cards at our retail location. Offers are based on the card's current market value, condition, demand, and our current inventory needs. Trade credit may receive a higher value than cash offers.

How do you determine the value of cards I want to sell or trade?

We evaluate cards using current market data along with the card's condition, liquidity, demand, and our existing inventory. Cards are inspected individually before a final offer is made. Our goal is to provide a fair, consistent, and transparent offer.

What condition are your single cards in?

The condition of our singles can vary and will be identified when applicable. Cards may be categorized as Near Mint (NM), Lightly Played (LP), Moderately Played (MP), or other appropriate conditions. We recommend reviewing the product listing before purchasing higher-value singles.

Do you offer free shipping?

We may offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders and during select promotions. Current free-shipping requirements will always be displayed on our website at checkout or within the applicable promotion.

How quickly will my order ship?

We work hard to get orders out quickly. Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During major releases, holidays, special promotions, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing may take a little longer. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

How are trading cards and sealed products packaged for shipping?

We know collectors care about condition. Orders are carefully packaged to help protect your cards and sealed products while in transit. Singles and higher-value items receive additional protection when appropriate, and sealed products are packed to minimize movement and potential shipping damage.

What is your return and cancellation policy?

Due to the collectible and market-sensitive nature of trading card products,all TCG sales are finalunless an item is incorrect or there is another issue covered by our store policy. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If there is a problem with an order you receive, contact us as soon as possible so we can review it.
